I Hate College

I hate College! ! Yes, I agree with you, well, I have been in school and never realized what anybody was saying about my future. My first day at college came with one reason why I hated college till now.

I would love to use this article to share my college life experience and where I'm currently in life. Also, I did start a Computer career (Java Programming, basic visual programming & Graphics Design) immediately after I left college.

I thought that college would be the perfect place for me to harness the dream of owning a Tech Company. I followed my computer passion hard daily before I could apply for a college .

Although I Studied Daily and Practiced as if my life depended on it. I still ask myself questions like why do we have to go to college?” Can I Stay A without a College Degree? Can I be Successful if I didn't go to college?

Why do we have to go to college?

Then, I used to have some of my friends who had dreams of just going to the best Colleges around. They told me that I could be successful if I went to college.

They answered one of my questions. In addition, they listed some Crazy College that caught my attention in terms of the high salary value which they have.

I never had any close person who could take me through a College Counselling Process. I discovered I went to college for the Wrong reason. That is, to upon graduation. You can say I missed a step, but for me, it was not the reason for College Studies.

I hate college because the system has a way of you based on their curriculum, not based on your Future Curriculum. The college has a Stereotypic system that keeps students' mindsets from seeing the future they dreamt of.

I will always dislike college until the system has a way of matching student dreams with the best curriculum. The system made me work harder for my future instead of leading me to it.

I do believe that we have to go to college not because they can help us get to the anticipated vision as they claim, but because they have a meeting ground for men of like minds. Here's where college is king. It takes people of like futures and merges them to become great.

If you have joined the college, I will advise you not to drop out. You need to find someone who brings you to the best you saw in your dreams. You can start the Jobs that will serve as an alternative to your quest for a certificate that will never make you who you are.

Was I Successful in going to college?

The answer is a big NO, I wasn't successful in getting a College degree for four years if you see it from the aspect of getting good grades and making tops in the class quiz. I thought grades were arbitrary, hated academic environments, and didn't know study.

Similarly, I needed structure to survive, I was directionless vis-a-vis my career, and the course I chose enslaved me. I wasn't nearly more of the fight Personality I used to be because I was experiencing a rapid decline in mental health.

Mondays to Fridays were like days that I never dreamt of showing up. Yet people told me I would thrive in academia because I enjoyed/enjoy analyzing things to death; however, this did not translate to an enjoyable college experience. Instead, it lent itself to a guilt-tripping, existential-crisis-inducing, self-harming deathtrap from which I thought I'd never escape.

Initially, I hated college from day one of Orientation as the Course Advisers met the class. They made a striking point of the percentage of students that have made it through the program in the previous years, and He stressed that these settings would not be anything different.

I will say, on the other hand, that my Academic pursuit never made me stop working on my dream of owning a tech company. This is where I have to give great credit to the college. I was successful in college because I made friends that were more like me.

We shared our thoughts; we argued about the future; we designed our own college curriculum, and we now knew what college was for.

During free Lecture hours, we developed our new system. Now we have a job out of our system, and we have made it not with the career that a college degree offers.

A college degree means more career opportunities and more earning potential, no matter how bleak analysts make degree-holder prospects sound. That's what people would kill for.

We have designed a niche for ourselves based on our vision and aspirations, which the college will not have done for us. Mind you, I love education because that is what we need to sharpen our skills. We are going to discuss how to get educated on your Skills and Talents.

Do I Hate online classes?

Online Colleges & Classes are getting many enrollments daily. Students like me have joined the army of students worldwide who wish the traditional classroom system would fade away.

I love Graphics designing and Computer Programming; I have learned what a final-year student in College will learn in the last semester because I was so passionate about my passion and I would prefer it not to be diluted with unnecessary activities that will ruin my happiness.

Online Classes are very flexible in the sense that you decide what you wish to learn and not the system detecting your courses. We have free online courses and classes if you don't have the finances to study.

I studied a 4-year course under a year because my passion was driving the system and many results were seen not, withstanding the mistakes and failures.

There are many Online Courses you can join online on Programming, , Accounting, Information Management , and many more. Guess what? They offer certificates that will disguise your identity in college for years.

With an Online College degree, I need not worry about the failures of the traditional College System I hate.
